1. Create or select a notation
2. Enter the equality constrains and the objective function
3. Based on the equations, create an equation system
4. Create and solve an evaluation, save the variables in this evaluation
5. Go to the nonlinear programming tab
6. Select the objective value and the variables which can be changed
7. If needed, adjust the lower and upper bounds of the variables
8. Save everything and solve the problem with the NEOS server
